abstract | (Subject) The present invention has a purpose of providing a recording method to obtain recordings with excellent picture quality and adherence of an ink composition. (Solution) A first application process to apply a treatment fluid A to a medium to be recorded; a second application process to apply a treatment fluid B to the medium to be recorded; and an extraction process by extracting an ink composition including color materials after corresponding second application process from a nozzle and attaching the composition to the medium to be recorded, wherein the treatment fluid A is used to adjust wetness of the treatment fluid B to the medium to be recorded, and contains at least one of resins and inorganic oxide particles, whereas the treatment fluid B is used to increase viscosity or insolubilize the ink composition and contains at least one of poly metal salts, organic acids and organic acid salts. |
