abstract | TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a method for analyzing an SLA-1 genotype, and more particularly, to a method for analyzing an SLA-1 genotype through direct sequencing of genomic DNA. According to the present invention, a primer set suitable for genomic PCR and amplifying all the alleles and minimizing the allelic variation in amplification efficiency is designed, whereby allelic information and genomic DNA can be obtained without cloning step PCR and direct sequencing can be used to accurately and simply analyze the genotype of all SLA-1 alleles. |
