titleOfInvention Polarizable electrode material and electric double layer capacitor using same
abstract It is an object of the present invention to provide a polarizable electrode material for a high withstand voltage type electric double layer capacitor having a high energy density, less deterioration of capacitance and resistance over time, that is, excellent long term reliability, and an electric double layer capacitor using the same. The solution is a polarizable electrode material which is used for an electric double layer capacitor and contains porous carbon particles, a conductive auxiliary agent, a tungsten oxide powder and a binder, wherein the surface area of the tungsten oxide per 1 g of the polar electrode material is 0.2 m 2 or more And the tungsten oxide is dispersed in the polarizable electrode material so that the tungsten oxide is less than 6 m 2 , and an electric double layer capacitor using the same.
