titleOfInvention | Photocoupling method using probe containing photoresponsive nucleic acids |
abstract | Provided is an optical connection method and an optical connection kit for overcoming the problem of stagnation of optical connection with a target nucleic acid using a probe including a photoreactive nucleic acid and improving optical coupling efficiency. The optical coupling method comprises hybridizing a first probe having a target region existing in a nucleic acid sample and a sequence complementary to the target region and containing a light responsive nucleic acid in a reaction solution, Wherein the first probe is capable of inhibiting self-association due to the light-responsive nucleic acid species. Wherein the optical connection kit comprises a first probe comprising a light-responsive nucleic acid stream having a sequence complementary to a target site in a nucleic acid sample, and a second probe having high complementarity to the first probe . |
