titleOfInvention Starting-material solution for forming oxide superconductor
abstract (2) is formed as a raw material solution for forming an oxide superconductor (2) for forming an oxide superconductor (2) of RE123 system into which a flux pin fixing point is introduced on a substrate (1) (2) in which a predetermined amount of nanoparticles (3) for forming pinning points are dispersed in a solution in which an organic metal compound is dissolved. The particle size of the nanoparticles 3 is 5 to 100 nm. The organometallic compound is an organometallic compound containing no fluorine. This makes it possible to easily add the fin material even in the FF-MOD method, and it is possible to appropriately suppress the particle size of the fin without requiring thermal treatment for thermal decomposition of the metal complex or heat treatment for producing the pin compound .
