abstract |
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a colored photosensitive resin composition which improves thermal resistance and reduces surface resistance by using an acrylic copolymer including pyran or furan structure. The present invention relates to a colored photosensitive resin composition for forming a frontal light-shielding layer, comprising: a colorant (A); an acrylic copolymer (B); a photo-polymerizable compound (C); a photopolymerization initiator (D); a solvent (E); and an additive (F), wherein the acrylic copolymer (B) comprises a monomer of chemical formula 1 or chemical formula 2, and the acrylic copolymer (B) comprising the monomer of the chemical formula 1 or the chemical formula 2 has the glass transition temperature (Tg) of less than or equal to 100°C. |
