abstract | The present invention relates to isoquinolinoquinazoline-5,12-dione derivatives, and to novel vascular imaging compounds for staining blood vessels in live animals. According to the present invention, unlike the rhodamine-dextran and Berlin-blue dia that were conventionally injected into blood vessels and used for blood vessel imaging, compositions for vascular imaging that specially stain systemic blood vessels of living animals without vascular injection of blood vessel imaging agents . In addition, since a novel angiostatic agent can be screened by vascular staining of the composition for vascular imaging, it can be used for screening of various diseases related to angiogenesis. Accordingly, the compounds of the present invention and compositions for vascular imaging can be used as novel vascular imaging dyes in living animals and can be usefully used in the field of screening new drugs. |
