titleOfInvention Method of manufacturung natural fertilizer mixed red clay and sulfur
abstract The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a red clay sulfur mixture and a red clay sulfur mixture manufactured by the method, comprising the steps of (a) filling a plastic container with 22-32 parts by weight of sulfur, 0.45-0.7 parts by weight of red clay powders, 0.5-1.2 parts by weight of one rock powders randomly selected from slate powders, phyllite powders, schist powders or gneiss powders, 1-3 parts by weight of natural salt, 20-22 parts by weight of caustic soda and 50 parts by weight of water in a sequence when users wear a mask; (b) melting the sulfur by agitating the materials in the plastic container between 130 and 155 degree Celsius for 40 to 60 minutes; and (c) filling the plastic container with 100 L water, cooling down and storing water in a storage container, thereby having outstanding effects on Venturia nashicola, surviving harmful insects during winter, anthracnose and being sprayed to pear trees having flowers and leaves to remove insects by controlling concentration compared with an existing lime sulfur which is sprayed to only pear trees whose leaves and flowers fall in winter.
