The present invention provides a primer set for potato moth virus detection and a potato moth virus detection kit comprising the same. Since the primer for diagnosing potato mosquito virus of the present invention uses a nucleotide sequence that specifically binds to the virus, even if a very small amount of virus or viral nucleic acid is present, it can be diagnosed with accurate sensitivity early. The present invention provides a method for diagnosing potato mosquito virus, and when the diagnostic method of the present invention is used, it is more than 1,000 times more sensitive than conventional diagnostic methods using antisera, and can be very useful for quarantine of imported plants. |
