abstract | A sunsik product (dry grain food) of the present invention is well dissolved by non-pulverized whole grains when mixed with water or milk, thereby having good swallowing while preventing food regurgitate, thus providing easy ingestion. The sunsik product is obtained by a washing process of removing foreign materials contained in main raw materials and minor raw materials; a steam process of steaming the washed raw materials; a drying process of drying the raw materials which have gone through the steam process; a roasting process for making the best taste retained in the dried raw materials; a pulverizing process of mixing respective raw materials which have gone through the roasting process, and then making the mixture into a powder type; and a mixing process of mixing the pulverized main raw materials and minor raw materials with non-pulverized whole grains. |
