abstract |
The present invention relates to a polymerizable composition for a new high refractive index optical material and a method for producing a high refractive index optical material. The present invention provides a polymerizable composition for a high refractive index optical material comprising a compound represented by the general formula (1) or (2) and a compound represented by the general formula (3), and a high refractive index optical material obtained by polymerization thereof, particularly a spectacle lens. The present invention also provides a polymerizable composition composition for a photochromic high refractive index optical material and a photochromic high refractive index optical material obtained by polymerization thereof, particularly a photochromic spectacle lens. |
