titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of porous polymer film using vanadium oxide nanowire, and porous polymer film prepared therefrom |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing a porous polymer film using a vanadium oxide nanowire and a porous polymer film produced by the same. The method comprises the steps of: adding an ion exchanging agent in deionized water to be acidified, adding a vanadate compound therein, and synthesizing a vanadium oxide nanowire through a sol-gel technique; producing a nanowire mixture by mixing the synthesized nanowire solution with a polymer solution; producing a film by pouring, drying, and hardening the produced nanowire mixture in a mold; and removing the vanadium oxide nanowire by etching the produced film by an etching liquid. Accordingly, the size and density of pores can be uniformly adjusted through a simple process. |
