titleOfInvention | Immortalizatized standard cell lines for genotyping of drug metabolism genes included human cytochrome P450 2D6 gene |
abstract | The present invention relates to the production of an immortalized cell line of a standard gene for the genotyping of cytochrome P450 2D6 (CYP 2D6) present in a human and its use, and more particularly, Cells were transformed into activated proliferative B lymphocyte (LCL) cells using EBV virus to construct immortalized cell lines and genomic DNA isolated from the completed cell lines was used as a standardized genetic material for the selection of CYP 2D6 genotypes in Koreans . Using the method of the present invention, a variety of analytical methods developed for the analysis of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of CYP 2D6 gene in Korean have been used as a standardized material, And the efficiency of cost can be easily confirmed by screening mutant forms of CYP 2D6 gene found in Koreans. In addition, identification of mutations in these genes can be useful in predicting possible anomalies. |
