It is an object of the present invention to provide a coating film having an average dry film thickness of 10 m or less by drying and curing at room temperature even in the case of using a conventional coating machine and also being excellent in rust resistance, Which is capable of forming a coating film having excellent weldability and cuttability. The primary anti-corrosive coating composition of the present invention comprises (A) a siloxane-based binder having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) in terms of standard polystyrene measured by a gel permeation chromatography (GPC) method of 1,000 to 6,000, and (B) zinc dust containing zinc flake powder (b-1) and having a pigment volume concentration (PVC) of 35 to 60% and a zinc flour (B) (B) / (A) of the siloxane-based binder (A) in terms of SiO 2 is 1.0 to 5.0. |
