abstract | The present invention relates to a skin anti-aging cosmetic composition containing BMSOME containing a human bone marrow stem cell culture liquid which improves the skin aging phenomenon. More particularly, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a phospholipid, phytosphingosine, ceramide 3, cholesterol, phytosterol, beta-sitosterol, sitosterol and Squalene at high pressure to form a lipid complex and then mixing the lipid complex with an appropriate amount of the lipid complex at room temperature to mix the human bone marrow stem cell culture medium. The present invention provides a cosmetic composition which maximizes the effect of preventing aging of skin by stabilizing the culture medium of human bone marrow stem cells by obtaining Bmoss containing the bone marrow stem cell culture fluid. The cosmetic of the present invention generally produces a liposome having a closed double layer structure, and liposomes are formed at a high temperature to unstabilize or destroy an effective ingredient that is weak to heat. The liposome complex forming a closed double layer structure is first prepared , The liposome is formed by mixing the human bone marrow stem cell culture medium of the present invention with an aqueous solution diluted at a proper concentration to be liposomes at room temperature and the lipid complex of the present invention is mixed to maintain the activity of the active ingredient. The cosmetic composition of the present invention is obtained by blending Bomes including a human bone marrow stem cell culture liquid. The amount of the cosmetic composition is 0.001-100.0 wt% based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition, preferably 0.1-1.0 wt% 100.0% by weight. |
