The present invention relates to a composition for producing food or beverage products. The composition comprises a foam component that releases gas upon dissolution in an aqueous liquid; And a beverage or food ingredient containing particles of vegetable material ground in a matrix containing a vegetable extract; Wherein the beverage or food ingredient has a delayed solubility such that the foam is formed by the foam ingredient when the composition is dissolved in the aqueous liquid forming the food or beverage product before the beverage or food ingredient is dissolved. |
