abstract |
The present invention relates to a composition comprising 10 to 50% by weight of at least one oligomeric polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate and optionally at least one polyisocyanate a based on hexamethylene diisocyanate, optionally containing monomeric hexamethylene diisocyanate -1) and 50 to 90% by weight of at least one oligomeric polyisocyanate based on isophorone diisocyanate and optionally at least one polyisocyanate based on isophorone diisocyanate containing monomeric isophorone diisocyanate (a-2), and at least one component containing sulfur, wherein at least one of the components a-1) and a-2) further comprises a monomeric isocyanate of the type mentioned each . Mixtures of the above-mentioned specific components containing isocyanate groups have been shown to improve the thermal and mechanical properties of the cured compositions. Molded articles produced in this manner are particularly suitable for the manufacture of spectacle lenses, particularly due to these properties. |
