abstract | We propose a method of combining and separating quantum channels, called polar quantum channel coding, to produce a qubit (quantum bit) that can achieve a symmetric capacity even if any binary input discrete quantum channel is given . The current capacity is determined according to any qubit input with equal probability. The polarization of the quantum channel is well suited for quantum error correction coding, which transmits quantum data partially through a channel that transmits at rate 1, or at rate 0 if the symmetric channel is close to 1. |
