abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide a thin pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having excellent flame retardancy and excellent thermal conductivity and adhesiveness. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A thermally conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention is a thermally conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprising a thermally conductive particle, wherein a particle group (A) having a D50 average particle diameter of 10 m or more and a particle group (B) having a D50 average particle diameter of less than 10 m A) and the particle group (B) (weight ratio) of 2: 8 to 8: 2, and the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 50 m or less. The content of the thermally conductive particles in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is preferably 25 vol% or more and 75 vol% or less. The thermally conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet preferably has flame retardancy of VTM-0 or V-0 in the flame retardancy test according to the UL94 standard. |
