Method for cultivating photosynthetic microorganism in high concentration using semipermeable membrane and method for producing fatty acid using the same |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for producing a bioreactor, comprising culturing a microorganism in a bioreactor equipped with a semipermeable membrane, wherein the membrane can not pass the microorganism but can pass the culture medium in the reactor, Wherein the concentration of the microorganism in the culture medium is adjusted according to the concentration of the microorganism in the culture medium. The method for culturing a microorganism using the semi-permeable membrane according to the present invention is capable of obtaining continuous biomass through high concentration cultivation and optimum operation, and can significantly increase production of bacteria, such as fatty acid production using microorganisms. |
