titleOfInvention | Anti-pollution coating solution composition with low reflective property and method for preparing it |
abstract | The present invention relates to a coating solution composition capable of forming a coating layer with water repellency, oil repellency, fouling resistance and low reflective properties by being coated on the surfaces of transparent materials, and to a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the said invention relates to a coating solution composition comprising a hydrolysate or partial condensate of alkoxy silane, a hydrolysate or partial condensate of fluorine silane, a surface modified nanosilica sol and a curing catalyst; and to a manufacturing method thereof. The coating solution composition is able to maintain clean conditions by minimizing influence of external contamination by having water repellency, oil repellency, and fouling resistance when the coating solution composition is coated on the surfaces of the transparent materials; and is able to obtain the effects that the transmittance of the materials is increased by having low reflective properties, and is able to obtain a coating layer with excellent durability since surface properties and transparency are maintained for long periods of time by excellent hardness and adhesion. |
