The present invention relates to a method for preparing a food additive composition of an extract of phase transition type water-soluble linseed oil and a composition thereof, and more specifically, to a method for a food additive composition of an extract of phase transition type water-soluble linseed oil and a composition thereof, wherein the composition is prepared by mixing linseed oil of which bad smell and cyanide toxicity are removed, sugar, an antioxidant, and a phase transition induction catalyst, and rotating the mixture at a high rate, thereby making the linseed oil to be soluble in water, and coated to enable phase transition. |
