Detecting Method of a Fishy Smell of Water from Air Conditioner and Reproducing Method thereof, and the Fishy Smell of Water Composition the same |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for artificially producing fish flesh by confirming classification of compounds constituting components of fish flesh and occurring in an air conditioner and reproducing the same. Through the analysis method of the present invention, it is possible to confirm and reproduce the specific components and the concentrations of the compounds constituting the water boiling water generated in the air conditioner. In addition, it is possible to provide meaningful data for developing a specific deodorizing device and removing method for removing the reproduced water fish smell, and it is possible to utilize it in various ways to reproduce the smell other than watery fish have. |
