abstract | The present invention relates to a high-speed counting method of cancer stem cells using NICE (NIST's Integrated Colony Enumerator) program and a high-speed screening method of an anticancer drug using the method. The fast counting method of cancer stem cells using the NICE program according to the present invention has an excellent effect of accurately measuring cancer stem cells at high speed using the images of cells. Also, the present invention has the advantage of solving the problems of the conventional counting method which was dependent only on the judgment of the experimenter and screening cancer stem cell anticancer agents at a high speed. |
