abstract An electrical cable is disclosed that includes a conductor, and a foam insulator surrounding the conductor. Foamed insulation has a uniform pore size and improved adhesion to conductors. An electrical cable having a conductor thickness of less than 0.5588 mm (22 mils) is also disclosed.
