abstract The present invention is based on the finding that 31 colonies selected according to the color and shape of a colony emerging from the MA medium, which are endogenous to Perinereis aibuhitensis , which is known to have excellent organic decomposability in coastal tidal flats, After culturing, the strains contained in the genus Bacillus were isolated based on the 16S rRNA base sequence. Two Bacillus strains, CBW4 and EBW4, isolated from the worms, have excellent protein, carbohydrate, and lipid - degrading properties and are saline - tolerant. Therefore, they can be useful for purifying the water environment of biofloat aquatic organisms.
