[PROBLEMS] To provide a homogeneous sugar composition mainly composed of D-psicose having a physiological effect such as sugar (sucrose) widely used as a sweetener in the food industry and reducing body fat. A food or a medicament or a quasi-drug or a cosmetic using a sucrose mixture containing D-psicose. A composition comprising: sucrose and D-psicose, wherein said sucrose is coated with said D-psicose crystals in a crystalline or amorphous state. The content of D-psicose is 1 part by weight or more and 50 parts by weight or less based on 100 parts by weight of the total weight of sucrose and D-psicose. |
