The invention relates to at least a bispecific binding molecule comprising a first binding domain capable of binding epitope cluster 3 of BCMA and a second binding domain capable of binding to a T cell CD3 receptor complex. The present invention also provides a nucleic acid sequence encoding the binding molecule, a vector comprising the nucleic acid sequence, and a host cell transformed or transfected with the vector. Further, the present invention provides a method for producing a binding molecule of the present invention, a medicinal use of the binding molecule, and a kit comprising the binding molecule. |
