abstract | In the present invention, the activity of alcoholic degradation enzyme (ADH) and acetaldehyde decomposing enzyme (ALDH) is evaluated by in vitro blood alcohol concentration experiment of Hovenia dulcis Thunb extract extracted from Hovenia dulcis A hangover rescue composition comprising a Hovenia dama plant extract that competently functions to relieve hangover in metabolism The composition was prepared by pulverizing hornwood wood shavings and then centrifuging. The resultant supernatant was lyophilized to form powdered water extract (164 g), which was dissolved in methanol and filtered. The resulting filtrate was subjected to vacuum The methanol-soluble extract was concentrated to obtain methanol-soluble extract, and the methanol-soluble extract was fractionated with water, ethyl acetate and buffer to give a water content of 64.5% by weight, a hoven fruit concentrate of 5.0% by weight, honey of 3.0% by weight, 3.0% by weight of liquid fructose, 0.07% by weight of sodium citrate, 0.05% by weight of grapefruit seed extract, 1.0% by weight of powdery moss extract, 3.0% by weight of liquid oligosaccharide, 1.5% by weight of pine needle extract, 1.0% by weight of cinnamon extract, 0.065% by weight and purified water 25.215% by weight. |
