Provided in the present invention is an inorganic-organic hybrid composition with a refractive index including curable polymers, metal nanosol whose particle diameter is 5-50 nm, and a solvent. Thus, the present invention can be applied to a flat layer of OLED for an optical extract with high optical transparency and transparency by significantly improving the refractive index; is easily used for a thin layer processing and pattern forming by using heat and curable reaction; and has high application in OLED lighting or display field, etc. by improving transparency with less yellowing. |
