The present invention discloses an abrasive filament with improved stiffness and an industrial brush comprising the same, wherein the abrasive filament comprises: (a) at least one polyamide; (b) at least one linear chain extending compound having a molecular weight of from about 0.1 to about 1 weight percent of less than or equal to about 1000 daltons; (c) from about 0.1 to about 1 weight percent of at least one antioxidant; And (d) about 10 to 40 wt% of abrasive grains, wherein the total weight percent of all components in the composition is 100 wt% total. |
