abstract The present invention is based on the finding that 31 colonies selected according to the color and shape of a colony emerging from a MA medium, which are endogenous to Perinereis aibuhitensis , After culturing, 11 strains contained in the genus Bacillus were isolated based on the 16S rRNA nucleotide sequence. Analysis of the diversity of 11 isolates contained in Bacills genus (genus) Bacills algicola, Bacills anthrasis , Bacills aquimaris, Bacills barbaricus, Bacills hwajinpoensis, Bacills nanhiensis, Bacills vietnamensis including both spp Bacillus seven types (species). The lug ( Perinereis aibuhitensis ) and two species of Bacillus strains isolated from the worms are highly resistant to salinity and protein, carbohydrate, and lipid degradation, and can be used to purify the tidal environment contaminated with organic matter.
