The present invention relates to DNA labeled fluorescent magnetic core/shell nanoparticles with modified particle surfaces and a quantitative analysis method using the same by fluorescence and DNA detection, wherein particle surfaces are modified for utilizing properties and functions of fluorescent magnetic particles in a detection system through nanobio sensors, or the like, and DNA is grafted on the particles to be applied to an antigen-antibody reaction. The detection method of bioactive materials of the present invention uses fluorescent magnetic core/shell nanoparticles to enable detection and quantitative analysis of samples present in low concentrations in a short period of time, thereby reducing time and costs for analyzing bioactive materials such as pesticide residue in processed food, agricultural product, etc. |
