titleOfInvention | Method for manufacturing electrostatic charge image developing toner |
abstract | A toner excellent in electrification characteristics and capable of suppressing the generation of release particles as much as possible and capable of industrially producing a chemical toner close to a true sphere and having excellent glossiness in a printed matter is provided. (I) a step of dissolving or dispersing a polyester resin having a sulfonic acid metal group in a resin structure in an organic solvent to prepare a resin solution or a resin dispersion, (ii) mixing the resin solution with an aqueous medium, (Iii) a step of forming an integral body of the fine particles by adding an electrolyte under a temperature condition of 30 DEG C or lower, (iv) a step of forming an aggregate of the resin solution or the resin dispersion in an aqueous medium, (V) separating the combined body from the aqueous medium and drying it, in sequence. |
