abstract |
The present invention relates to a mutant strain of glutamine or arginine tyrosinase comprising an inactivated GOGAT (glutamate synthase) and a method for producing the same. According to the present invention, by inactivating GOGAT (glutamate synthase), a mutant strain having improved glutamine (glutamine) and arginine production ability is produced without lowering the growth of glutamine or arginine producing ability including wild type or activated GOGAT High concentration of glutamine and high concentration of arginine. |
