abstract |
The present invention provides a composition comprising: a) a sorbitan unsaturated fatty acid ester in which two or more -OH (hydroxyl) groups are present in the polar head group; b) phospholipids; c) a liquid crystal hardener having no ionizing group, the hydrophobic portion having a triaryl group having from 15 to 40 carbon atoms or a carbon ring structure; And d) a pharmaceutical composition comprising a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) derivative as a pharmacologically active substance and being lipid-free in the absence of an aqueous fluid and forming a liquid crystal in an aqueous fluid. The pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention exhibits an action effect of increasing the sustained release of a GnRH derivative which is a pharmacologically active substance. |
