titleOfInvention Position indicator and capacitor
abstract [PROBLEMS] To simplify the operation of adjusting the resonance frequency of the resonance circuit of the position indicator of the electromagnetic induction type, to automate the adjustment process, and to reduce the size and cost of the position indicator. A capacitor (300) constituting a resonant circuit includes a dielectric body (301), electrodes (303, 304) disposed on one side of the dielectric body (301), electrodes (303, 304 are provided with a trimming electrode 302M which is disposed so as to oppose at least a part of the region through the dielectric 301 to form the capacitance of the capacitor. The condenser 300 is housed in the case so that at least a part of the region of the trimming electrode 303M is exposed from the case. The area of at least a part of the region of the trimming electrode 303M which is exposed to the outside from the case is changed corresponding to a desired resonance frequency as a resonance circuit.
