The present invention relates to a thermosetting resin composition comprising 40-80 mol% 1,1-difluoroethylene, 2-10 mol% tetrafluoroethylene, 10-30 mol% perfluoro (alkyl vinyl ether) and 1-10 mol% reactive crosslinking point monomer Thereby providing a low temperature resistant fluoroelastomer. The present invention also provides a process for producing the fluoroelastomer. In the present invention, the composition of the comonomer of the fluoroelastomer was controlled on the basis of a large amount of experiment and the low temperature shrinkage temperature was set to TR-10 < -40 DEG C so that the low temperature resistance was remarkably increased. In addition, the fluorine elastomer has a small volume change ratio in methanol and is improved in oil resistance and solvent resistance, thereby improving oil resistance and solvent resistance of the fluorine elastomer. |
