Intravaginal drug delivery devices including vaginal rings are provided herein. The device comprises a reservoir of drug that can be administered at least one vial, wherein the reservoir is at least partially surrounded by a hydrophilic elastomer. The device may exhibit a substantially zero emission profile of the drug over an extended period of time. Methods of manufacturing devices and methods of using the devices to prevent or treat biological conditions are also disclosed. |
