The present invention relates to a process for producing a photosensitive resin composition which comprises a reactive polycarbonate (A), a reactive compound (B) other than the reactive polycarbonate (A), a photopolymerization initiator (C) and an organic solvent (D) The reactive polycarboxylic acid compound (A) is obtained by reacting an epoxy resin (a) having at least two epoxy groups in one molecule with a compound (b) having at least one polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated group and at least one carboxyl group in one molecule, (A) obtained by reacting a reaction product of a compound (c) having at least two hydroxyl groups and at least one carboxyl group in a molecule with a polybasic acid anhydride (d) Active energy ray-curable resin composition for a protective film. |
