abstract |
A geographical area is partitioned in predetermine unit, an advertising-right is allocated through an auction and then an advertisement of an advertiser is pre-registered. An advertisement registered in a peripheral area of a consumer is provided to a consumer′s mobile device on the basis of present location information of the consumer′s mobile device. The advertiser registers the advertisement in a desired location through the auction, so that an effect of the advertisement can be maximized through providing of a suitable advertisement relating to a physical location. The auction of the advertisement right is processed in cell unit by dividing all surfaces of the earth. When the advertisement does not exist on the corresponding cell, the advertisement is provided in unit of administrative division that is an upper hierarchy. One cell that is to be auctioned, is divided into a spot, a bid on one or more spots is possible once, and the auction is processed in unit of various figure shapes formed by gathering a plurality of spots. |
