abstract The present invention relates to an adhesive composition comprising a polyol, an isocyanate-based curing agent, a solvent and an organic nano-clay. More specifically, the isocyanate-based curing agent is contained in an amount of 4 to 18 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the polyol, Wherein the clay is contained in an amount of 0.1 to 15 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the nonvolatile component of the adhesive composition, and a method for producing the same. According to the present invention, there is provided an adhesive composition comprising a nano-composite adhesive composition comprising an organic nano-clay and a polyurethane resin composition and having improved weatherability and mechanical properties, such as oxygen and water vapor, evaluated by gas barrier properties, hydrolysis resistance, And it is possible to provide a protective film having excellent physical properties utilizing the same.
