abstract The present invention relates to a daisy-like rice cake which is not hardened at room temperature for a long time by adding egg white in the step of preparing a base of a daisy-like rice cake. The method for manufacturing the unhardened soybean cake according to the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) preparing glutinous rice to remove water after the glutinous rice is soaked in water; (b) adding salt to the glutinous rice from which the water has been removed and then pulverizing the glutinous rice to prepare glutinous rice flour; (c) 16 to 20 parts by weight of sugar, 3.5 to 4.2 parts by weight of trehalose, 0.6 to 1.2 parts by weight of whole milk powder, 0.6 to 1.2 parts by weight of licorice, 0.6 to 1.2 parts by weight of myrrh, 1.2 to 1.5 parts by weight of an ester, and 13 to 17 parts by weight of an oligosaccharide, followed by punching and mixing to prepare a rice cake base; (d) adding a bean jam to the mixed rice cake base to prepare a waxy rice cake; And (e) packaging the formed waxy rice cake after the molding is completed.
