titleOfInvention A method of introducing an N-hydroxyimide group to the surface of a substance
abstract The present invention relates to a method for introducing an N-hydroxyimide group onto the surface of a material. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for introducing an N-hydroxysuccinimide group onto the surface of a substance, characterized by mixing a compound having an N-hydroxysuccinimide group with lipid and introducing the compound into the surface of the substance. The method according to the present invention is simple and economical and has the effect of increasing efficiency and reproducibility in receptor fixation. These effects are very advantageous for introducing NHS groups on the surfaces of biosensors, gas sensors, chromatographic media, nanomaterials for drug delivery, and diagnostic nanomaterials.
