titleOfInvention | Sensitivity-enhanced cell-mediated immune response assay |
abstract | This disclosure relates generally to the field of immuno-based diagnostic assays, including assays to measure cell-mediated immune reactivity. This disclosure teaches the diagnosis of exposure of a subject to an antigen based on sensitivity enhanced cell-mediated immunoreactivity. Contacting a lymphocyte from a subject with a first set comprising at least one peptide having a length of at least 7 to 14 amino acid residues and a second set comprising at least one peptide of 16 or more amino acid residues, Ascend. By incorporating the assays considered herein into a standard pathology state architecture, a diagnostic reporting system can be provided and on-site clinical treatment can be facilitated. |
