abstract |
The present invention relates to an imatinib preparation having increased ease of use, and more particularly, to an imatinib preparation comprising 5 to 30% by weight of imatinib or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, 10 to 35% by weight of a foaming agent, 10 to 35% 0.1 to 5% by weight based on the total weight of the composition. The preparation of the present invention is rapidly foamed and suspended in a liquid phase and remarkably reduced in the specific taste of imatinib to solve the discomfort due to the large size which is a problem of the conventional commercial formulation and the inconvenience due to the bitter taste, . |
