abstract | The present invention relates to a carbon layer derived from carbide ceramics and a method for producing the same. The carbon layer derived from the carbide ceramics according to the present invention and the manufacturing method thereof can improve the hardness and surface roughness of the carbon layer. Further, the carbon layer can be provided with a carbon layer whose surface friction coefficient is decreased. Further, it is possible to provide a carbon layer that improves durability by reducing the wear rate. Further, the surface roughness can be improved to provide a carbon layer having a smooth surface. Therefore, when the carbon layer produced from the carbide ceramics according to the present invention and the carbon layer produced by the method of manufacturing the carbon layer according to the present invention are applied to parts such as machines, it is possible to improve the hardness, decrease in friction coefficient and wear rate, It can contribute to improvement of the overall service life and durability of the machine. According to the present invention, significant progress is expected in the industrial field to which the carbide ceramics such as the aerospace industry and the fuel cell industry are applied. |
