titleOfInvention | Complexes of porphyrin-biologen dimer and cucurbituril, a process for their preparation and a method for the detection of aromatic compounds using the same |
abstract | The present invention relates to a complex of a porphyrin-biologic duplex and a cucurbituril, a process for producing the complex, and a method for detecting an aromatic compound using the same. Generally, the porphyrin-biologen dimer has a structure in which electrons transferred from porphyrin to biologic are returned to porphyrin, and fluorescence is emitted. In the complex of porphyrin-biologen duplex and cucurbituril according to the present invention, migration from porphyrin to viologen The electrons can not be returned to the porphyrin matrix by the cookie bituryl and the fluorescence of the porphyrin is quenched. Therefore, when the aromatic electron donor compound is mixed with the complex of the present invention, the aromatic electron donor compound provides electrons to porphyrin to recover the fluorescence emission of porphyrin, thereby confirming the presence and concentration of the aromatic compound. Therefore, the complex of the porphyrin-biologic duplex and the cucurbituril according to the present invention can detect and analyze aromatic compounds more sensitively than conventional methods for detecting aromatic compounds. |
