The present invention is chitosan, and carboxymethylcellulose comprising a retinol, encapsulated in the shell, and 0.001 to 2% by weight for the total weight of the cosmetic of claim 1 retinol-containing system, phospholipids and C 21 -C 23 fatty acid mono-4 grade having a moiety A second retinol-containing system comprising cationic liposomes consisting of amines and 0.001 to 3.5% by weight relative to the total weight of the cosmetic, and a cosmetic having enhanced collagen I synthesis comprising the remaining cosmetic adjuncts to 100% by weight Lt; / RTI &gt; The very small amount of retinol combined with the two transport systems has a significant effect on the synthesis of collagen I as compared to the binding of one or more other known retinol derivatives or pore systems.
