abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a concentrate of polyvalent immunoglobulins from the viewpoint of therapeutic use from an initial solution of an immunoglobulin-enhanced blood plasma or a plasma fraction, removing proteolytic contaminants from the precipitate with caprylic acid to obtain a solution in which proteases are absent and separating the solution free of protease by fluid bed chromatography, A concentrate of human multivalent immunoglobulin is obtained having a yield of immunoglobulin of 4.5 g or more per liter of plasma applied to be obtained. |
